I sailed in summer of 1978, from the Port of Miami through the Panama Canal, via the Cayman Islands and the Serrana Bank. It was an awesome trip and it planted the seed for owning a sailboat in a later life.
I am now regularly sailing in the Bahamas and Florida aboard the catamaran Independencia, a 42' Fountain Pajot.
